Next day the rest of my family shows up around 1:00 pm . Different lady's in charge to check us in . Turns out I have to many people in part and yes I mist that in the rules . I have 8 rules say 4 ..but I had 2 with me when I showed up day before and told the lady Feonsay and kids where coming tomorrow. Well this other lady let them so we get in and every one gets settled over a nice night around the fire as a family go to bed . Get up in the morning go out side and start getting ready for the day the 1st lady comes flying in on a golf cart with a nother guy . Telling me we have a problem here we have broken a "rule" . She has a paper in her hand with the rules on and the cost to cost book showing where you are only allowed 4 people which at point of course we know the lady the day before told us but let us stay .so she goes being rude about . Keep in Mind I've payed them and cost for the week ." 4 people have to go immediately and how soon can I make this happen"I proceeded to tell her as soon as I round them all up and that was the end of the conversation. So I got ever one togeather and we packed the entire camp site and hook the camper and left not one person said a word to us about . So sorry for the long review but I feel that cost to cost members and anyone looking at staying here should know that the park is nice and the people who work ther . but who ever runs that place I feel

This is the most unfriendly place for family! Their park rules do not allow family visitors. Everyone must enter the park in the same vehicle at the same time or they will be kicked out. The woman that runs the place is the rudest unfriendly person that I have ever met. I don't know how they stay in business. Never plan on having a group together there. You will have to be looking for an alternative place right in the middle of your vacation! this pl e totally wrecked our family vacation!!! Your nuts if you ever buy into this resort. You will just be selling it off! Karma will get this back at this place. They are shooting themselves in the foot. The resort wasn't even booked in the middle of summer, that tells you right there, something is very wrong at Timber Lake Resorts!!

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The Staff has no idea what common manners are. I will never again give this campground my business. I would rather camp LITERALLY anywhere. Disgusted with how me and my family were treated.

I was visiting my mother who was in from out of town, FOR THE DAY. I was not planning to stay the night, and upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were immediately and very rudely escorted off the premises simply because we arrived a day later than the original party. Their explanation was that guests must travel in the same vehicle as the renting party. However, I was not a guest I was a member of the family. As ludicrous as the rule is, There needs to be more definition as to what constitutes a guest versus a family member. The customer service was incredibly poor and I have no intention of ever returning to this resort. I hope others that read this will do the same. As someone has who has worked in the hospitality industry for more than five years, here's a professional tip: being verbally abusive towards your guests when trying to enforce a policy is not a good business practice and will yield negative results.

BEWARE COST TO COST MEMBERS !!!

This park manager is rude and dose not like members . This was the second thing she told me after telling me when I showed up 1st thing was that I almost did make it in the park mind you made reservations well over a month in advance . It was because I came in at 6:30 and the office closes at 7:00 . Then she goes on to ask me If I even read the rules of the park before I came up because we as in cost to cost members never read the rules and she should drop cost to cost and that she had to kick out members last . So at this point I should have known not to stay. But we did got check in and let them know that my feonsay and the rest of the kids would up tomorrow . Had help to my site really nice people nice site and grounds .

Beautiful location, roomy sites, fun campers. If only the manager could learn some people skills.

Hard for a cost to cost members being this the only park in the area for them but anyone just looking for a place to stay there many and a lot nicer parks in the area to go to ..
