We Stayed in a small cabin and by small I mean not even 300 sq ft. Would've been ok if the beds didn't feel like sleeping on plastic. The room was dim and outdated. There were earwigs everywhere. Our blinds didn't work to raise and lower. no porch light. No nice flowers to decorate the outside like the pictures showed.

The only reason I gave a 1star was at least for dune and town access the location is great!

Nice campground. Tidy facilities. Doing some improvements. Good sized sites.

I really think if this place was updated it'd be a great campground for dune go-goers and families!

Don't come here if you wanna have a GD time n drinks with friends. 11 o'clock it's over. The owner thinks he's Hitler. Has the worst attitude I've ever seen. JUST DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR PLANNING ON HAVING A BONFIRE N DRINKS. THEY WILL CALL THE LAW.

Be careful of gps directions. Avoid Baseline Rd.

A Nazi prison camp has more freedom than this place. Don't come here if you like to have a good time, it's frowned upon. We were told that we weren't allowed to play bag toss after 11 because it's too loud. Keep in mind we weren't yelling or screaming, no music playing. Just a quiet game of bags with a bonfire. Nope, can't do that. Will not come back. 0 stars.

Spots are decent sized for RVs, easy access roads, friendly management, and local security. Problems noticed: no gate security other than barrels and ropes, and it's off of a side road, so finding it can be a hassle. Lot numbers are pretty small, so finding specific spaces can be a hassle, as well. However, for the brief visit I made to see folks staying there during the fourth of july festivities, it seems nice. Kid-friendly, full of families. Heard there was a pool! Looked affordable, nothing too pricey for the area.

The bathrooms were small with very few outlets. Showers were actually decent though. Pool was nice. very strict with "quiet time" could barely sit outside by fire without someone driving by checking on us. And we were by no means loud or partying.
