Terrible service and below average food. The restaurant is dirty and outdated. Take a drive into Pentwater for good food.

Food is very small and very overpriced. I got the hot turkey sandwich and was just a tiny bit of sliced turkey between two pieces of white bread and a tiny portion of mashed potatoes. This cost like $12. My friend got the French dip sandwich which was good but came with no side at all; no pickles, chips or fries, for $10. Very expensive for what you get. The service was nice but they need to lower the prices and add to the portions.

Very convenient to walk here from the dunes waterfront resort. That's the only good thing about this place.

Slow! It took about 10 to 15 minutes for drinks. Went there twice in a week and the first time it took about an hour for breakfast to finally reach our table. I didn't know eggs took that long to cook. Even on weekend, short staffed. And they didn't even seem to care! Also overpriced for serving size. Offered only bottled water and we could see why after the ice started to melt in our pops. What a shame! Convenience is the only thing going for them.

WORST RESTAURANT I've ever been to. I order the hungry man breakfast with over medium eggs. The eggs came barely cooked. The meal came with under-cooked sausages too. The pancakes that came with the meal tasted absolutely disgusting. I love pancakes, but I've never had pancakes that tasted as bad as this place. When I complained about them, to the manager, she tried arguing with me saying that there is nothing wrong with them. I almost forgot to mention the terrible customer service. Waitress and manager were bad at their job.

Waited 10 minutes to even get drinks ordered, another 10 to get them. Very noisy equipment in the kitchen that overflows into the dinning area. Servers were polite. When the owner noticed that I didn't eat the chicken alfredo (canned chicken and soggy pasta for $15) she said everybody loves it and implied I'm just an odd ball. She wouldn't take it off the bill, even after she agreed that she wouldn't eat it personally... cheeseburger is the only safe bet.
