Very nice equipment. Staff was awesome. We changed our reservation at the last minute to a different kind of boat and were still refunded the difference in cost. They didn't have to do that, but did.
Just rented a wave runner from them a couple days ago. I did not have to wait long to get on the water which I was very impressed. The wave runner worked amazingly and was very clean. This was my second time renting from them and it was a great experience each time. The people working there were friendly and easy to work with. The only downside to my experience was the price. I did noticed though that everywhere you try to rent a wave runner, they are very pricey. I would like to see the price to rent one of these go down a bit to a more reasonable price. That would top off my expectations to a perfect experience.
Best day of our vacation. We rented a pontoon for the day. It was clean and new and very easy to operate. The best part was the service. Everyone was so helpful. Very safe and accommodating. The guys helped unload all of our stuff and carted everything down the dock to our boat. We spent the day on the beach by the dunes and everyone had a great time. We will definitely rent from Wave Club on our next trip to Pentwater.
