The guys at the Mears service center were so friendly and professional!! We were worried we had a flat tire, so we stopped in and they took care of us very quickly! Luckily, the tire pressure was low, rather than a flat. Rolando also made sure to check all the tires! He was so friendly and professional!
I'm glad that they could fix it so quickly after the holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend them if you need work done while at Silver Lake.

A brake line on my van rusted out Saturday night of Memorial Day weekend while at Silver Lake. It could not be driven back to Grand Rapids so I dropped it off at Mears Service Center on Monday morning (Memorial Day). They fixed it Tuesday so that members of my family that were coming home Wednesday could bring it back to Grand Rapids. The cost of the repair was less than the quoted price because the quote included parts that would have to be replaced if they broke while doing the repair.
We took a van with wheelchair lift to these folks & even though the brand of lift was unfamiliar to the service Dept they did a stellar job in figuring out the malfunction. Timely as well. Thanks
